Emma
Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson is the daughter of British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby (born in Paris) and Chris Watson (born in Paris). As a young girl of just five and moved to Oxfordshire and attended her first Dragon School. Emma had a dream to be a professional actress from the age of at the age of six. She attended Stagecoach Theatre Arts in Oxford which is an acting academy with part-time courses. In a school play and the stage of a Stagecoach show, she was the lead at the age 10, and acted. The casting process began in 1999 for Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone (2001) the movie adaptation of British author J.K. Rowling's bestselling novel. Emma was discovered by agents through her Oxford teacher. David Heyman told Emma along together with Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe after they all had eight straight auditions. Emma's first screen appearance took place with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone's premiere in the year 2001. It also was one of the top-rated films during 2001. Opening weekday and weekend the sales were record breaking. Reviewers praised the film, particularly those who were young. The Daily Telegraph, an influential British publication, described Emma's acting "amazing". Emma received five awards to honor her role in the film.
